Ideal brand-new hotel, wonderful views on the nice botanical gardens. Spotless and huge unit with a nice decor. Honestly nothing to complain about.

This hotel had a great location, being close to the main tourist points and the city center. the view from some rooms was also impressive, with a beautiful view of the botanics or the nearby cathedral. the breakfast was also mentioned as a positive aspect, with a good selection of food and drinks.
Some guests complained about the outdated furniture in the rooms and the lack of basic facilities such as air conditioning or a fridge.

It is a very good hotel in a pleasant place with attentive personnel, excellent rooms and a rich breakfast, It is a good value for money.
It is not a complain, just a remark. There is a strange water supply system in the rooms. First you set a temerature by a lever and then have to push a big button. Water begins to run for 30 seconds with fixed flow (without a possibility to regulate it). Though it was not a big problem. Finaly we adopted to this system.

The hotel serves marvelous breakfasts with a chef available to cook to order. the location is fantastic, situated next to an island in the river, a botanical garden, and the city center. - the restaurant is open for all meals, with a special mention for their excellent dinners.

A very good location in the area close to the Cathedral. We had visited Wroclaw before and knew that this part of town was a little way from the old town square and looked forward to the walk beside the river and through the ongoing restoration works of this fascinating city.
No curtains which in late June when it begins to get light at about 3am is a problem for light sleepers. When we asked for a room with cutains the best offer was a room with thin blinds that did little to keep the rooms dark. The first alternative room that I was offered had a bed with slats missing from its base so that when one sat upon it both sitter and mattress went staight through to the floor. The clearly embarrassed receptionist did his best to find a room that was suitable. Breakfast too was a little dissapointing. We stayed at 13 hotels on this trip and the breakfast here was the least attractive. Some of the cold meats looked to have been "sweating" on the buffet for some time and were enjoying the attentions of a fly stuch below the lift off lid.

Very good and quite location, but close enough to all main attractions
interior design kind of "late ineffective socialism" style

This hotel is a hidden gem! It offers a luxurious and comfortable stay with its enhanced amenities and services. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from downtown. The staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service, making me feel right at home. I was impressed by the range of room amenities provided, such as ironing facilities, in-room safe, and free toiletries. The room itself was quiet and peaceful, allowing me to have a restful sleep. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread offered in the dining area. this place truly exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location was great for our purpose. The place was really very quiet and only a short walk to the market square. Room was ok and shower was very good. We also liked the breakfast service.
Curtains were transparent and flimsy, would have been nice to have thick curtains. Had to ask for towels to be changed once during our 4 day saty. Would have been been better if more english TV channels were available. Also no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and for a 4 star hotel this is essential.

I did not stay at the hotel because the room was terrible, one very small room with a wall in the middle, it looked like a prison cell or a monastery cell. But the thing which made me go even though I had already paid for the room was the toilet.... so dirty, black stains.......A total disaster. When I went to check out the concierge could not care less.....It ruined my day in Wroclaw.

The hotel was in a great spot with many attractions nearby, which was very convenient for my business trip. the room was decent and had a TV, which was nice for relaxing in the evenings. the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruit and hot coffee.
The hotel was overpriced for the quality provided. the staff at the reception desk seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping me, and there was no signage available in the room to indicate if I wanted my room made up or not.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short distance away from the bustling downtown area. The service was top-notch, with room service available and laundry facilities provided. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and a comfortable sitting area. I also appreciated the in-room safe, free toiletries, and the flat-screen TV for my entertainment. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the luggage storage and 24-hour reception added to the convenience. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were great places to relax and enjoy a delicious meal or drink. The sauna was a wonderful addition for some relaxation after a long day of exploring.
This hotel is highly recommended for its outstanding services and luxurious amenities. I would definitely recommend it to my friends who are looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was nice (except for the cordial that was served instead of juice). If you want the fresh omelets be prepared to actively search for a staff member willing to make it, even so we only got one omelet between the two of us before the cook ran off again.
The hotel failed miserably with the respect to the two most basic requirements: getting sleep and refreshing in the bathroom. No blinds or curtains meant that we got little sleep, the church next door was brightly lit all night followed by the sunrise. The tap-ware in the bathroom is unusable: a shower that requires to press a pushbutton every 10 seconds to keep the water running is a disgrace. The sink with the same "feature" that only delivered lukewarm water made it impossible to shave. They belong in public toilets, not a 4* hotel. It is not possible to legally drive to the hotel, be prepared for a fine or to carry your luggage for 300m. Wired Internet was still broken a month after another reviewer first mentioned this.
